RTN license, the full name of rosteknadzor license, is a dangerous equipment safety license, which is a necessary certificate for the production or purchase of products used in potentially hazardous environments. It grants the right to use machines and technical equipment in hazardous production projects.
The RTN certificate is jointly issued by gosgortechnadnor (National Bureau of technical supervision) and Gosstandard (National Standards Committee).
