The full English name of CRCC is certificate of registry and cadastral classification. From January 21, 2019, CRCC is changed to CRC, whose full name is certificado de Registro cadastral.crc is determined as a qualified supplier by Petrobras according to Brazilian decree 2.745/98;

CRC will evaluate the manufacturer's ability from five aspects: economy, law, technology, management and SMS. Once an enterprise or supplier has obtained the CRCC certification, all its products will be allowed to enter the Brazilian oil system equipment market, and can also enter the global supporting supplier system of Petrobras.

We can issue registration certificates (CRC) to suppliers that meet one or more series of standards. If one of these standards is approved, the certificate may be extended to other standards under the approval of technical, technical SMS, economic and legal standards or some standards.

The validity period of CRC certificate is one year at most, which is determined by the minimum validity date of technical, economic and legal standards. Because the update of Petronas' economic and legal standards is annual, we suggest to reapply 60 days before the deadline. As long as the supplier obtains technical approval, the technical standard shall be automatically extended.

About CRC certificate publicity

The supplier can disclose the CRC registration certificate he has within the validity period, but does not use Petrobras' trademark or any graphic representation to convey the certification information.

If the supplier improperly uses the certificate, it will be a serious error, and will be subject to Petrobras registration sanctions, and may prevent future negotiations and contacts with Petrobras system
